● A small tool for the everyday handoff
That link you need on your phone. The photo you want on your computer. Toadstool gives your text, links, images, and files a place to meet.
Web · Chromium extension · Android
An example of a little less back-and-forth.
WHAT IS TOADSTOOL?
Toadstool connects your devices through your own account. Send something from one device, then pick it up in your feed on another. No more emailing yourself a link just to move it across the room.
Send a note, selected text, or the page you’re looking at. Find it again in your shared feed.
Share a photo or upload a file. Your File Vault keeps downloads and expiry dates in one place.
Connect your browser and Android phone with a pairing code. Revoke a device when you no longer use it.
Use your Google account to open your Toadstool feed.
Install the extension or Android app. Open Devices on the web, create a pairing code, and enter it on your device.
Share a link, a note, or a file. Open Toadstool on your other device and it’s there.
GOOD TO KNOW
Text and link sharing, paired devices, and file uploads up to 5 MB each. Free-account files expire after 7 days, so keep another copy of anything important.
In your web browser, through the Chromium extension (including Chrome and Brave), and on Android. The extension and Android app currently install directly from this website, outside the stores.
Your feed and files require your account or a paired device to access. Content is stored on the Toadstool server; it is not end-to-end encrypted. Read our Privacy notice for details.
